For new runners, or just those looking for a less intense training session than the full club training nights, we hold a “beginners” session on Saturday mornings at 9.30am at the Sports Pavillion in the University of Ulster in Coleraine.

These sessions are run by Gillian Wasson and Kay Hack and generally involve a short warm-up followed by some drills to get fully warmed up and improve technique and then a 20-30 min “session”. These sessions are designed to be suitable for everyone including complete beginners. For more details, contact Gillian on This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. The group is very welcoming and provides an ideal opportunity for anyone wanting to give running a try.
