Annually the club awards a number of perpetual shields to acknowledge success. These include Male and Female Athlete of the year, Club person of the year, and in 2007 we introduced two new shields to recognise athletes within our club who have improved during the year, have consistently competed for the club, and have perhaps set a PB. We have found that these awards (Endeavour Shields) have been particularly encouraging for members who may never have the opportunity to stand on a podium, but who nonetheless have done the club proud.
